At KaariGar, each sculpture is made to order. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours before beginning of the production. Before delivery, we share detailed professional videos to ensure every detail meets your requirements. Returns or refunds are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 7 days of delivery. Natural variations or change of mind are not eligible.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days, excluding shipping charges, and our team is always available to assist before purchase.
