At KaariGar, every sculpture is carefully handcrafted using natural stone and made with great attention to detail. As most of our pieces are made to order and often customized, we request you to review the following policy before placing an order. Our aim is to ensure complete clarity and a smooth experience for both sides.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be considered within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production or shipping has not yet commenced.
Since our sculptures are crafted specifically for each order, cancellations may not be possible once stone selection or carving has begun. We encourage you to reach out to us at the earliest if you wish to request a cancellation, and our team will assist you to the best extent possible.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are accepted only in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.
If you receive a product with a visible defect or transit damage, we request you to inform us within 7 days of delivery, along with clear images or videos for verification. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
Please note that returns or refunds will not be applicable for reasons related to personal preference, minor natural variations in stone, or changes of mind, as these are inherent to handcrafted and natural stone products.
Refund Processing
Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund timelines typically range between 10 to 15 working days, depending on bank or payment provider processing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Shipping and Handling Responsibility
We take great care in packaging our sculptures to minimize the risk of transit damage. In cases where a return is approved, our team will guide you on safe return procedures. Returned items must be properly packed and insured to prevent further damage.
